I like making good things with good people.

This means work that’s not only effective, but offers genuine value in the wider world. I currently do this as Chief Strategy Officer of Motel Company - a Campaign startup of the year winner and now leading independent creative agency in London.

Prior to Motel, I was head of strategy and sat on the management team at The Brooklyn Brothers. Thanks to the gifted people I was able to roll my sleeves up with, I not only led earned-first work that defined the most awarded period in the agency’s history, but also set a vision for the business that saw it recognised as one of Campaign’s Top 5 Global Creative Agencies.

I also believe that the best creativity has diversity at its core and led a team that designed the industry-leading Night School programme for which I was privileged enough to be shortlisted for the IPA’s 2022 iList.

Before moving agency-side, I ran the global consultancy division of Contagious - partnering brands such as Nike, Heineken, Google and Louis Vuitton to deconstruct brilliant work and build capabilities to achieve creative excellence.

Outside of permanent roles, I have consulted to a diverse selection of businesses from advertising agencies (TBWA) creative PR shops (The Romans, Manifest) creative technology startups (FOOD) and purpose-driven strategic consultancies (Revolt).
