IKEA / SKOGEN/Live Studio

Celebrating the highly-anticipated launch of IKEA’s first London ‘City Store’, the brand was keen to reimagine the retail experience to help explore different concepts of lived-in spaces and environments - an initiative overseen by Skewed Studios.

Giant wrap-around screens were constructed as a digital canvas - upon which multiple projects were then brought to life.

Working with EB Studios, made SKOGEN - an interactive forest environment that allowed children to colour paper animals that were then scanned into the virtual landscape, turning individual creativity into a shared adventure.

The space was then repurposed into IKEA Live Studio, working in collaboration with London Filmed to create a dedicated content studio-meets- event hub.  It hosted daily shows, artist collaborations, and interactive experiences that blended entertainment, community engagement, and cutting-edge production.
